Summary of changes as follows:

  1. Withdrawal of 2 remortgage only products
  2. Introduction of the Fee Assisted Product Range
    1. 1% Product Fee
    2. One free basic valuation per application
    3. £125 application fee is waived
    4. Up to 75% LTV and max loan of £750k
    5. Available to Purchase and re-mortgage applications
