We’re getting in touch to notify you of a change in the commission rates payable on our company-paid Tailored products (including Bespoke Flex Core and Bespoke Flex Hybrid).

The new rate will be a flat 12% (unless a lower rate has been negotiated) and this will apply to any new Tailored products with a start date from the 1st January 2020 onwards.

The new rate will also apply to any existing Tailored products that we provide new pricing or terms for and which have a renewal date on or after 1st January 2020.

For any existing Tailored products, rolling over on the same terms, these will remain on their agreed commission rates until a review is conducted.

No other schemes will be affected by this change.
