You may or may not be aware that there is a requirement to undertake an annual disaster recovery exercise for Omiga. This is to safeguard that in the event of any issues there is a back-up plan to protect the service we offer to our brokers.

Activity to support this exercise is happening this weekend and therefore the Omiga platform will be unavailable Saturday 19th January between the hours of 6-8am and 12-2pm

To help manager broker expectations, an outage message will be live on the portal from Friday 18th January.

There is further activity planned to support this exercise and we will communicate the next phases of the process to you shortly.
