You can now product switch all existing HSBC mortgage customers

It doesn’t seem that long ago that we told you about our new product switching process. Well, we’ve developed the process even further and you can now retain existing HSBC mortgage customers regardless of whether they originated via yourselves or direct.

Reasons to stay with HSBC

Coming to the end of a mortgage deal can be daunting and often confusing for your customers, but product switching is a great way to provide an attractive and convenient solution, without any stress.

This enhanced offering means you can provide a more comprehensive ‘all-round’ service to all existing HSBC mortgage customers, giving you access to our great range of mortgage products.

A procuration fee of 0.20% will be paid.
