Over the past 12 months we’ve been working hard to improve our service for intermediaries. As part of this we’re increasing the size of our BDM team to offer a more personal, enhanced service. This involves reducing the BDM patches giving each intermediary a dedicated contact should they need it.
From 24th April 2017 our current TBDMs will also become proactive BDMs covering various postcodes across the country to ensure all intermediaries, no matter where they’re based, have access to their BDM. These BDMs will be based in head office to give dedicated telephone support to their intermediaries. Below are the contact details to pass to your service/mortgage desk.
