Shared Ownership

Semi-Exclusive 2 Year Shared Ownership Fixed Rates up to and including 30 April 2022

• 10% penalty free capital over-repayments permitted each year;
• Initial fixed period followed by a 1.25% SVR discount (currently 4.44%) until 30^th April 2025;
• Tapered early repayment charges, 2 Year – 3/2% until 30^th April 2022;
• This product is available for both purchase and remortgage applications;
• Available between 25% – 75% LTV;
• This product is not portable and not available in Scotland.
