To comply with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) from Tues 9th July we will no longer capture the customer’s card details on MTE Application forms and Paper application forms.  This section has now been removed from the MTE and Paper Mortgage Application Forms.  There are no changes to the Focus Application form. ( applications made directly to NWIS  via our website )

From now,Customers applying through  MTE  will be required to call in to the contact centre after the broker has been informed of the Mortgage Reference Number so the card payment can be taken for any applicable fees.
