We’ve made changes to our 85% LTV range. We’re increasing 2 and 5 year fixed rates by 0.20% and introducing a new 3 year fixed rate for purchase and remortgage clients.

NEW – purchase and remortgage

• 85% LTV 3 year fixed rate at 2.99% with £999 fee;

Increases – purchase and remortgage

• 85% LTV 2 year fixed rate at 2.99% with £999 fee – increased by 0.20%;
• 85% LTV 5 year fixed rate at 3.14% with £999 fee – increased by 0.20%.
