Virgin Money allow customers including landlords to apply for one month payment holiday for every 9 consecutive months mortgage payments.

The payment holidays can be accumulated up to a maximum of 3 months, once 27 consecutive mortgage payments have been made.

These could be useful for BTL landlords who experience a rental void or choose to refurbish a property.
