To accelerate its continued transformation, Louise Colley has been appointed to lead Zurich’s individual protection business and will join its life executive team as Head of Retail Protection on the 1st of December.

Louise has a proven track record as a protection industry leader where she has led extensive work delivering innovative customer solutions.  She joins from Aviva where she held multiple roles including Managing Director (Protection) and more latterly Customer Director roles in Digital Propositions and Aviva Group.

Peter Hamilton has been appointed into a new role of Head of Market Engagement, where he will be responsible for Zurich’s response to and leadership of wider industry issues and developments.

Martin Taphouse also has a new role on the life executive team as Head of Business Transformation where he will continue to progress the next stage of strategy delivery.  Cindy Warden will continue to lead Zurich’s group protection business.
