On Thursday 14 December, we made some changes across our range of residential mortgage products.

We changed the rates on all of our 5 year purchase and re-mortgage products and taking our 2 year products off sale for now.

The updated 5 year rates will be available through your sourcing system from 8am on Thursday 14 December. The revised rate table with the new product rates and codes will be updated on our website and will be available from 8am on Thursday 14 December.

Just a reminder, our rates are only reserved when you submit a full mortgage application to us.
