Precise Mortgages is now accepting documents which have been verified using an approved digital identification solution if online identification is unsuccessful.
The specialist lender will now accept digital identification in the form of a copy of the output report from the following approved digital identification providers, providing the report contains a copy of the identification document, such as a passport or driving licence, and full details of the applicant.
- Experian
- Equifax
- CallCredit
- LexisNexis
- TrustID
- Onfido
- GBGroup
Precise Mortgages believes this change will save time for both brokers and their customers by getting rid of the need to post certified copies of the original documents, as well as having to manually scan, record and return the documentation.
