At Principality our intermediary team have been working hard to support you and your clients. We appointed four new BDM’s out on the field, covering even more of England and Wales, as well as building our desk support team.

We also entered the market for Help to Buy England in 2018, in addition to Help to Buy Wales, further enhancing our new build offering. We have appointed a New Build and Specialist Lending BDM who has worked to develop the service we provide for new build applications. We have also improved our product caps for loan size, which now includes offering residential lending up to £500,000 at 90% LTV.

2018 was also a year for achievement, we are proud to say that we’ve been awarded ‘Which? Top Scoring Mortgage Lender for Customer Satisfaction’. However, it’s not only your customers who will enjoy outstanding service – our ongoing commitment is to help you do business as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

In 2019 we will continue to build our reputation for excellent service, as an intermediary team we will continue to offer the support of two BDM’s to every broker as well as having a direct line to underwriters – giving you added up front assurance. We will also be bringing some great criteria enhancements to our lending criteria, particularly our BTL offering, in the coming months.
