That’s why we’re extending our offer validity for purchase products to 5 months for non new builds – because when you talk, we listen. Offer validity for new build purchases will remain at 6 months.

These changes come into effect as of now and brings us more in line with the rest of the market, and will offer house-hunters that extra bit of flexibility whilst buying their dream home.

We’re making a rate change too!

We’re also making rate changes across our range of residential mortgage products – all of them decreases, you’ll be happy to know. These will go live at the same time as the increased offer validity terms, this Thursday (24th) at 8am.

Here’s what you need to know:

• We’re reducing the rates on 34 of our products across our purchase, remortgage and First Time Buyer range
• Rate decreases are between 5 and 15bps
• We’ve refreshed the product codes on all our products.

A new rate table with revised product rates and codes is available on our website now.

Remember, if you need to secure a rate from the current range, you will need to submit a full mortgage application before 8am on Thursday 24th January.
