Have you checked out our new look and improved DIP form on 1APP? Great…. Well the updates just keep coming!
We have a new Pay Now feature making our process even more efficient. In the case management section of 1APP, you will find a list of all your tasks applicable to any given case. Within these tasks you will now spot a card symbol allowing you to pay any applicable fees quickly and securely.
You have two options:
- Pay Now – this will take you straight to the payment page to make immediate payment
- Email Payment Link – this will email a payment link to you that you can then forward onto your client. They can then make payment safe in the knowledge the link is secure.
Whichever option you prefer, as soon as payment is made, 1APP will be notified and this will in turn advise your Case Manager to progress your case. It’s yet another way we are making specialist lending more straightforward.

The latest Quiz with Family Building Society has now launched
TFC Homeloans has launched the latest quiz in the CPD Centre, this time from Family Building Society. This quiz is all about their unique product, the Family Mortgage – where families can help each other out without using equity release or handing over their savings.
Check out the video and information to learn more. Take part in the quiz and remember when you score over 80% you will be issued with a completion certificate.
