From Monday 10 June, Remortgage offers will now be valid for 180 days.
This change, along with further enhancements to NFI Online, has been made after listening to your feedback. The other changes include:
NFI Online enhancements
Unlocking a DIP
When you’re looking to amend any DIP decision, you’ll now be able to unlock it without having to contact us. Just go into the DIP decision screen and click the ‘Change Data’ button, that’ll now also appear for ‘Refer’ decisions.
DIP Decision result screen
We’ve improved the layout of this screen, making it easier to understand the results and move onto the next step in the application process.
Filtering by product code
If you know the code of the product you’re looking for, you’ll now be able to search using this.
Clearer messaging
To make things clearer throughout the application process, we’ve improved the wording on a number of screens.
NFI Online log-in queries
You might sometimes have problems logging into NFI Online, e.g. if you’ve forgotten your details or if you’ve been locked out. You now need to complete a short online form instead of calling us.
You’ll then receive a confirmation email giving details of how to log-in.
