From Monday 17th June 2019 Halifax are making the following changes to the product range:
Product rate changes
- 3 year fixed rate products reduced by up to 0.24%:
- 3 year 0-60% loan to value (LTV) product reduced by 0.19% to 1.44%
- 3 year 0-75% LTV product reduced by 0.21% to 1.53%
- 3 year 75-80% LTV product reduced by 0.22% to 1.65%
- 3 year 80-85% LTV product reduced by 0.24% to 1.68%.
