We’re very pleased to announce that we have launched the following enhancements to our Capital Select range this morning:

  • We’re introducing Capital Select Super Lite
  • We’re introducing 3% Cashback across all our Capital Select Range
  • We’re increasing the LTVs on Capital Select Lite by 2%
  • We’re increasing the LTVs on Capital Select Platinum by 3% and reducing the interest rate by

Please note:

  • The £0 completion fee (until 27th September) is available on all Capital Select variants.
  • The 3% Cashback works in the same way as Lifestyle Platinum (Cashback) – 3% of the initial advance is available upon completion. Cashback is not included in the redemption figure if the customer redeems, but the ERCs are higher.

ERCS Standard and Flexible options:

  • 5% in years 1 to 5
  • 3% in years 6 to 8
  • 0% thereafter

ERCS Cashback options:

  • 8% in years 1 to 5
  • 6% in years 6 to 8
