Supporting the 90% LTV market
On Friday 12 June we launched a limited tranche of funds at 90% LTV to support you and your clients. To give you certainty, and to help you manage your clients’ expectations we advised that these products would close tonight at 8pm.
We can confirm the 90% LTV 5 year fixed new business products will be closing tonight, and we wanted to thank you for your support over the last couple of days.
As well as this closure, we will be launching a 90% LTV 5 year fixed product transfer only product on Tuesday 16 June at 8am. This is in addition to the product transfer range we already have available. Details of the new product are below.
