With the recent announcements from the Scottish and Welsh governments regarding Land & Buildings Transaction Tax and Land Transaction Tax respectively, we wanted to let you know that eConveyancer is being updated to reflect these changes.

• Effective from 15th July, Purchase quotes for properties in Scotland now reflect the new thresholds.
• Effective from 27th July, Purchase quotes for properties in Wales also now reflect the new thresholds.

Both of these changes will remain in place until the initiative end dates of 31st March 2021, in line with the end dates for England and Northern Ireland.
