Find what you need faster with our next generation website

From Monday 21 September, the Aviva for Adviser site will be replaced with a new adviser site. Our next generation website was inspired by your feedback, featuring a streamlined design and navigation to make it easier for you to find what you need. Meanwhile, we’ve improved the optimisation so you can use it across any device, whether it’s your desktop, laptop, tablet or smart phone.

You’ll be pleased to know, all key services are still there and how you go about placing business hasn’t changed.

What do I need to do?

All you need to do is have your log in details ready and the first time you login to the new adviser site you’ll be asked to accept our new website T&C’s.

We’ll email you again, before 9am on Monday 21 September when the new site is available with a link to the website. Any existing website links you have saved will automatically take you to the new site, you’ll just need to bookmark and save the new website link when you get there.

Don’t forget to have your login details ready

Please remember, when you login to the new site, you’ll need to have your ten digit online account number (OAN) and password ready. Please make a note of them so you can get on straight away (or continue to use Unipass whatever is easiest).

What should I expect from the new site?

We’ll be putting further information and FAQs on both the Aviva for Adviser site and new adviser website when it launches, to give you further details and help to answer any questions you may have.
