We’re making some changes to our application process for schemes of 10 or more members on our Solutions health insurance policies.

Taking the heart question out of it

Until now, we’ve always asked for information about any heart and circulatory conditions the members may have had in the last two years. For policies taken out from 1 January 2022, we’re no longer asking that question.

Often, the answers meant we had to follow up with more questions, which led to delays in agreeing the cover. Now, you can save time on the application form and your clients may have the cover they need sooner.

One month free for clients who take out Solutions with Expert Select

We’re also happy to let you know that at the moment, we’re offering 1 months free cover for the first month of their policy when clients include Expert Select as part of their Solutions policy. This applies to age rated schemes that pay their premium monthly.

Expert Select is our guided approach to hospital choice. It gives your clients the peace of mind that their employees will get quality care at a choice of top-notch treatment facilities, without worrying about unexpected costs.
