Changes to our product range
On Wednesday December 1st, we’re making the following changes to our product range:
Remortgage
- Rate increases of up to 0.46% on selected remortgage products
First time buyer and homemover products including New Build and Affordable Housing – Shared Equity / Shared Ownership (SE / SO) including large loans and equivalent Green Home products
- Rate increases of up to 0.25% on selected 2 and 5 year 0-60% and 60-75% loan to value (LTV) products
- Rate reductions of up to 0.20% on selected 5 year 75-80% and 85%-90% LTV Products
