In addition to rate changes, please be advised we’re also reducing the ERC on all our 3 Year Fixed rates to 2%, including those within our Reward range.

- Existing products: Final date for generating a Mortgage Information Sheet (MIS) Wednesday 3rd March, 2021
- Last new lending applications on existing products: Friday 12th March, 2021
