With immediate effect that Society has changed the arrangement fee structure on  a number of our mortgage products.

At present, there is a fixed arrangement fee for mortgages up to £250,000, but this increases to 0.5% of the advance for mortgages over £250,000. This will now change so that the differential amount over £250,000 is removed and therefore the fixed arrangement fee will be applicable on all amounts for that product.

Please note that the £125 booking fee remains unchanged.

225 – Standard Variable Rate Mortgage

235 – Self-build

236 – 1.00% Discount for 5 Years

237 – 1.45% Discount for 5 Years

238 – 1.65% Discount for 5 Years

239 – 1.95% Discount for 5 Years

240 – 2.25% Discount for 5 Years – Purchase

241 – 2.25% Discount for 5 Years – Remortgage

247 – Stepped Discount – Purchase

248 – Stepped Discount – Remortgage
