As you may recall, in July of 2019, IMG® announced their global family of brands, including ALC Health, would be unified under the IMG brand.
Consistent with IMG’s security and compliance practices, we will implement a new encryption method which will affect how you and your customers receive secure emails and attachments from us.
This change will take effect on 1 November, 2019 and will require you to take the following steps to access secure files sent via email:
- Download the file
- Open the file, which will connect you with IMG’s secure email portal
- Request a one-time passcode in an email
- Receive the passcode via email and enter it in the field provided
- The email will open and you can now access the information

This also means that we will not be able to accept any messages you or your customers send to us that may contain sensitive payment information within them.
