Selected 2, 3 and 5 year fixed rate increases

With effect from tomorrow, Thursday 9 February, we’re increasing selected
2, 3 and 5 year fixed rate products by 0.10%

2 year fixed rates

2 year fixed rates at 85% LTV with a £999 and £0 fee increased by 0.10% to 1.74% and 2.14% respectively

2 year fixed rates at 90% LTV with a £999 and £0 fee increased by 0.10% to 2.39% and 2.79% respectively

3 year fixed rates

3 year fixed rates at 60% LTV with a £999 and £0 fee increased by 0.10% to 1.69% and 1.99% respectively

5 year fixed rates

5 year fixed rates at 60% LTV with a £999 and £0 fee increased by 0.10% to 1.99% and 2.19% respectively
