Rate changes

• Selected 2 year rates at 65% and 75% LTV reduced by up to 0.65%
• 5 year fixed rates at 75% LTV with £1,995 fee reduced by 0.10%
• Selected Large Portfolio rates increased by up to 0.20%

Product updates

• NEW Limited Company 5 year fixed rate at 80% LTV, with free standard valuation and 2% fee, available at 3.69%
• We’re introducing £250 cashback across all Let to Buy products
• We’re extending the end dates across all Switcher products
