New fixed rates at 50% LTV, from 1.39%
Limited edition products – From tomorrow, Wednesday 13 September, we’re introducing new 2 and 5 year fixed rates at 50% LTV for remortgage, with rates of 1.39% and 2.14% respectively.
Both products have a £1,995 arrangement fee and come with a free standard valuation and free standard legals.
Please note, our 50% LTV product range will only be available until 8pm, Wednesday 4 October
Removal of £150 application fee
We’re also removing our £150 application fee for all new applications from tomorrow, Wednesday 13 September.
