We have amended selected residential and buy to let rates across our Core and Exclusive ranges.

For landlords looking to benefit from a low rate, we will reduce our core BTL 60% LTV 5 year fixed rates, now available from 2.04%.

Summary of Changes

Intermediary Exclusives:

• 65% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee will be reduced to 1.93%

Core Range:

• 65% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee will be reduced to 1.98%
• 85% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee will be reduced to 2.28%
• 90% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee will be reduced to 2.29%
• 90% LTV 3 and 5 year fixed rate Fee Saver Options will be reduced by 0.02%
• BTL 60% LTV 5 year fixed rates with £1,995 and £995 fee will be reduced by up to 0.05%
