Change of postal address 

Our postal address is changing from 26 April 2021 as a result of changing our print and postal administration supplier – our Edinburgh office isn’t changing location.

As the change happens after 6 April, your tax year end planning won’t be affected. However, if you send transaction instructions to our Edinburgh address after 26 April 2021 there will be a delay of at least 24 hours on the recorded receipt date of the instruction. Similarly, any other correspondence will be delayed in reaching us.

Please use the relevant address below when you’re sending us letters, documents or forms after 26 April 2021.

Where we send out regular customer communications, including statements, we’ll be including a change of address flyer, and we’re updating our forms and literature to include our new address. There will also be messages on our website.
