On 30th September, the PRA’s new underwriting standards will come into force and landlords with four or more mortgaged Buy to Let properties will be defined as ‘portfolio landlords’.

Anyone lending to portfolio landlords will need to make changes to the way they assess these applications due to their complex nature.

The maximum number of mortgaged Buy to Let properties we allow is three so we will not be affected by these changes.
