Bupa Guided Care
- Customers will be able to access high quality care at a discounted cost
- Customers who select a Guided Care option will still be able to choose their hospital network
- Three new hospital lists will appear on the Quote Portal:
- Essential Access and Guided Care
- Extended Choice and Guided Care
- Extended Choice with Central London and Guided Care
- Three new hospital lists will appear on the Quote Portal:
- At the point of claim, customers will be guided to a consultant within our Open Referral network (Our Open Referral network consists of over 18,000 consultants)
- Using the Guided Care option, we can guarantee all costs will be covered and no shortfalls
- Bupa Guided Care is available to all customers aged 18 and over on the following products:
- BBY New Business (FMU & Mori)
- BBY Switch
- BBY Doctors & Dentists
- BFHI New Business (FMU & Mori)
- BFHI Switch
- Not available for:
- BBY XGS (although this will show on the portal journey, it is not eligible)
- BBY renewals
- BFHI renewals
- Legacy renewals
*all customers under the age of 18 will default to Extended with Central London on all products moving forward. The previous ruling was under 16 years old.
