I am pleased to announce that we have reduced the interest rates on our Interest Select Options and Voluntary Select Options.
Our new rates are:

- If you choose to add cashback (available on Interest Select Options only), the interest rate will increase by 0.10% MER (approx. 0.10% AER)
- If you choose to add a cash reserve facility, the interest rate will increase by 0.20% MER (approx. 0.21% AER)
Please note, our APR has been calculated using the following inputs: £650 completion fee, £750 advice fee, £100k initial advance, 15 year loan term.
