We’ve recently increased the number of BTL mortgaged properties your portfolio landlord clients can have with us from 3 to 5. But, which of your clients are right for us? They must have:

• Maximum portfolio size of 10 per household, 5 of which can be with us;
• An aggregate loan limit of up to £2m on all rental properties with us;
• A maximum LTV of 65% across the whole portfolio;
• A minimum ICR across the whole portfolio of 125% at 5.5%.
