- The rate is 3.19% up to 75% LTV
- The arrangement fee is 1.5%
- It is a 5 year fixed rate
- Predominantly clean credit history
- Portfolio landlords only
- The rental calculation is either 125% x pay rate (limited companies) or 145% x pay rate (individuals)
