As of 2nd July 2018, improvements will be made to the following products:

55+ Retirement Interest Only Mortgage:

  • Maximum Loan Value –  £1m  (was  £500k)
  • Maximum Property Value – £3m (was £1m)

55+ Mortgage:

  • Maximum Loan Value – £1m  (was £500k)
  • Maximum Property Value – £3m (was £1m)
  • Minimum Equity – £100k (was £150k)

Updated documents will be available on the Hodge for Intermediaries website from 2nd July.

Updated parameters will apply to all new business applications received from 3rd July. Any DIPs and applications already submitted will move across to the new parameters on 3rd automatically.
