Our latest changes, are available from Tuesday 7th May:

• Rate reductions on all 55+ and RIO residential mortgages PLUS fee free options across both ranges and free valuations for properties worth up to £1,000,000 as standard.
• 70% LTV from age 50 with loans to £1,500,000.
• And don’t forget optional over-payments available penalty free from day 1.

Changes apply to our 55+ 2 year fix, 2 year discount and 5 year fix mortgages as well as RIO 2 year fix, 2 year discount and 5 year fix.
