Latest News: we’ve increased the maximum loan size on our 75% LTV mortgages including later life options, plus on our 80% LTV self build deal too – with loans now available up to £750k.

We’re now lending up to £750k on seven of our standard products. This means there’s no additional pricing and you’re able to access the same rates as before, but for bigger loans.

The following products are currently on offer:

  • Residential 75% LTV 2 year fixed @ 2.75%
  • Residential 75% LTV 2 year discount @ 2.50% pay rate
  • Later Life (50+) 75% LTV 2 year fixed @ 2.75%
  • Later Life (50+) 75% LTV 2 year discount @ 2.50% pay rate
  • Later Life (50+) 75% LTV 5 year fixed @ 3.50%
  • Later Life (50+) 75% LTV 5 year discount @ 3.25% pay rate
  • Self Build 80% LTV 2 year discount @ 4.10% pay rate

Or, for your clients looking to borrow up to £750k over 75% LTV, our specialist large loan products allow applications for cases up to 90% LTV.

For 95% LTV mortgages we’re able to lend up to £500,000 as standard, including on new build houses.

A few things to remember:

  1. 58,000 square miles of mortgages – we lend on properties throughout England and Wales.
  2. No maximum age and up to 40-year terms – both offered as standard on all of our products, and the option of specially tailored products for clients aged 50+.
