• We have increased the LTVs across the following ranges:
  • Select, Core and eKo: now up to 85% LTV
• We have re-introduced Right to Buy with a 2 and 5 year fixed rate at 75% LTV

Buy to Let products

• We have added the following LTVs across our Core range:
  • 80% and 85%

Note for Northern Ireland: available products are 75% LTV. Right to Buy is not available.
