As we look back on 2018, this has been a year of continued growth for Kensington.  We are the UK’s leading residential specialist mortgage lender, our mortgage book now stands at over £5bn and this year, we reached a fantastic milestone having lent over £1bn over a 52 week period.  We couldn’t have achieved what we have over the past year without the ongoing support of our broker network and I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you.

A changing landscape

To meet the needs of an ever-changing mortgage lending market, and continue our mission to help more people own their own homes, we’ve introduced a series of new products such as the recent launch of our Brighter Futures mortgages range for young professionals and the over 55s.  In partnership with some of our brokers, we’ve redesigned our website, and our Account Development Managers now have the capability to support your business by utilising our new Power BI multi-platform analytics tool to give you data and insight on your mortgage activity which will transform the way they support you.

Introducing our new brand visual identity

Our customers and the mortgage market we operate in continue to change, and it’s important that we continue to evolve as a company.   So alongside the new product and service initiatives, we are changing the look of our brand to present a more modern, innovative face for our existing customers as well as prospective new ones.  You can see an example of the new branding in the form of the logo and design featured in this email, and from today we will start to gradually change and update our collateral.

Changing our brand is about more than just a new look, it signals a change in the way we do things, reinforcing our commitment to making the way we work together simpler, faster and more efficient.
