This is great news, as brokers will now have even more opportunities to support clients with complex cases in their search for residential loans – this includes those with complex income, contractors or those that have experienced bankruptcy.

Our Near-Prime ranges include:

  • Rates starting from 3.19% with up to a maximum 90% LTV
  • No value limits on CCJs, arrears or defaults
  • Communication, Utility & Mail Order account performance ignored where the account balance is less than £500 (single or in aggregate)
  • Loans available from £100,000 to £500,000
  • Application fees can be added to the loan
