Full expat access

You will have access to our full product range with access to;

Expat Residential:

  • 2 year discount products;
  • Available for purchase and remortgage;
  • Available from 60-80% LTV;
  • Booking and arrangement fees apply;
  • Interest only up to 60% LTV (able to top up with repayment.

Expat Buy to Let:

  • 2 and 3 year discount products;
  • Available up to 75% LTV;
  • Booking and arrangement fees apply;
  • Accept income to support rental shortfall if it’s on our acceptable currency list;
  • ICR 125% at 5.5%, we can use earned income from 115% for Basic Rate UK Tax Payers.
