We are pleased to confirm that the unexpected process and system issues identified when Morgan Price transferred policyholders to Morgan Price (Europe) ApS following the UK’s withdrawal from the EU effective 01/01/21 have now all been resolved.

We sincerely apologise for this inconvenience caused to you and our mutual customers and are delighted to confirm that we are now working hard to clear all back logs as soon as possible and get back to our usual high levels of service…

This means:

  • Renewal Documents outstanding from 1st January 2021 are being uploaded into the Broker Portal. We are working in date and priority order to get these out to you as fast as possible over the next few days.
  • New Business Applications are being processed and documents issued.
  • New literature for 2021 is being uploaded to the portals including details of the 2021 rates. You will note that despite all the issues that we have encountered, the products still remain extremely good value with a less than 10% premium increase and no changes to benefits.

Please note:
All Morgan Price EU policies are now being serviced through our Morgan Price (Europe) ApS office in Denmark.

Policy documents and respective contact details now reflect the new morgan-price.eu email addresses.

But don’t worry if you or the policy holders use a Morgan Price International email address or contact point, these will still be picked up and serviced by Morgan Price Europe.

Finally, if you have not yet returned your Morgan Price (Europe) ApS Intermediary Agreement, please do so at your earliest convenience.
