Additional Borrowing when switching
You can now arrange additional borrowing at the same time as switching your client’s current product.
Two applications are needed, but your client will only pay one fee if the additional borrowing application is submitted within 30 days of the rate switch application.
Employment criteria change
For Fixed Term Contractors, we now only need 12 months experience, even if some of that time has been worked via an umbrella company.
