We’re increasing 60% LTV 5 year fixed and tracker rates by 0.10%. We’re also increasing selected 2 year fixed and tracker rates across our Equity Share product range.

5 year fixed rate increases

• 5 year fixed rates at 60% LTV with a £999 and £0 fee increased by 0.10% to 1.89% and 2.09% respectively.

5 year tracker rate increases

• 5 year tracker rates at 60% LTV with a £999 fee increased by 0.10% to 1.89%.

Equity Share 2 year fixed and tracker rate increases

• 2 year fixed and tracker rates at 60% LTV with a £999 and £0 fee increased by 0.05% to 1.44% and 1.84% respectively.
• 2 year fixed and tracker rates at 75% LTV with a £999 and £0 fee increased by 0.10% to 1.49% and 1.89% respectively.
