• 79% 5 year fixed with £0 Fee (Max Loan £500,000)

  • Revert Rate – 5.62%
  • Feature – Refund Val (max £630)
  • Minimum loan size – £55,000 (Specialist) £175,000 (Personal Ownership)
  • Assessment Rate – Pay Rate
  • Available in Tier 1

2 Year Fixed (Limited Company, HMO and Limited Company HMO)

• 69% 2 Year Fixed with 1.50% Fee (20 bps reduction on current limited edition product)
  • ERC – 4%, 3%
  • Revert Rate – 5.52%
  • Minimum loan size – £55,000
  • Assessment Rate – 5.52%
  • Available in Tier 1
