TSB is making changes to a selection of products. A summary of the changes are below.

Reduced rates on:

• 5 year fixed house purchase 75-85% LTV by 0.05%
• 5 year fixed remortgage 60-80% LTV by 0.05%
• 5 year fixed product transfer 75-80% LTV by 0.05%
• Selected buy to let rates by up to 0.25%

Increased rates on:

• 2 and 5 year fixed house purchase 90-95% LTV by up to 0.20%

Extended product end dates:

• Buy to let house purchase and remortgage, to the end of December
• Residential and buy to let product transfer to the end of November
