Residential

On our specialist residential range we’ve introduced new Maximum LTV of 90% for first time buyers, an increased maximum mortgage term of 40 years, 100% Discounted Purchase Price for Right to Buy and a new maximum loan amount of £1.5 million.

Buy to let

We’ve increased our maximum loan amount to £4 million on portfolios of up to 15 properties (maximum £1.5 million per property). We will consider flats above commercial premises, including restaurants and takeaways.

New Vida premier range

Rates start at 2.79% (up to 70% LTV) for residential cases and 2.89% (up to 70% LTV) for Buy to Let cases – the range is designed for customers with light impaired credit records and no CCJs or defaults in last 3 years.
