Virgin Money have reduced selected rates and launch new deals across their Exclusive residential and BTL ranges.
Their new market-leading residential 65% LTV 5 year fixed rates will start from 1.56%, including a new remortgage special offering £500 cashback and free valuation.
They are also launching new BTL 60% LTV 5 year fixed rates starting from 1.86%. These offer £500 cashback for purchases and free valuation with a choice of £300 cashback or free legals for remortgages.

- 65% LTV 5 year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.05%
- NEW BTL 60% LTV 5 year fixed rates starting from 1.86%
- BTL 75% LTV 5 year fixed rates will be reduced by 0.05%
